All readings are created with care, integrity, and intention. Astrology and intuitive guidance are interpretive tools based on energy and current themes rather than fixed predictions.

3. Intellectual Property
All content created by Lull Luna including readings, written material, product names, images, and designs remains the intellectual property of Lull Luna.

All payments must be made at the time of purchase.
Prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
6. Refunds and Returns
Digital Products and Readings
Digital readings and personalised services are non refundable due to the time, energy, and personalisation involved.
If there is a genuine error, we will review and correct where appropriate.
Physical Products
Refunds or replacements are offered if items arrive damaged.
Returns are accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you experience a sensitivity or reaction, please contact us and we will handle the matter with care.
7. Custom Blends
Custom blends are created specifically for individual needs. Due to the personalised nature, custom blends are non refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
All personal information shared is treated with care and confidentiality.
Digital readings may be removed from servers after six months. Please ensure you save your copy.

Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary depending on location.
