Digital Products (readings, reports, e-books)

  • Non-refundable due to the time, energy, and personalisation involved
  • Typographical errors will be corrected at no extra cost

Physical Products

  • Refunds or replacements offered if damaged upon delivery
  • Returns accepted within 14 days if unused and in original packaging
  • Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
  • Allergy-related cases will be considered with proof

  • Please back up digital products, as we may remove files from our servers after six months
