Lull Luna ships physical products within Australia unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
We aim to dispatch all orders promptly. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances. Once your order has been dispatched, Lull Luna is not responsible for courier delays.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped where available.
Digital Readings and Services
Digital readings and intuitive guidance are delivered electronically to the email provided at checkout. Delivery timeframes will be listed at the time of purchase.
Please ensure your email address is correct when placing your order. If you do not receive your reading within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Digital files may be removed from our servers after six months. Please ensure you download and securely save your reading once received.
Custom Orders
Custom blends and personalised items may require additional preparation time. Estimated delivery timeframes will be communicated where applicable.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist in contacting the courier. While we will do our best to help, Lull Luna is not responsible for parcels once they are in the courier’s care.
