At Lull Luna, we put time, care, and energy into creating our astrology reports, readings, e-books, and products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products, Reports, and Readings
All astrology readings, reports, and e-books are non-refundable. These products are created uniquely for you or involve considerable time and energy, and all include a disclaimer regarding their nature. We strive for accuracy and quality, but as humans, mistakes can happen. If any errors such as typos or formatting issues occur in digital reports, we will correct them promptly at no extra cost.
Physical Products
We want you to be happy with your physical purchases. Our policy is as follows:
- Damaged Items: If a product arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or a refund for the product cost.
- Returns: You may return undamaged products within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original packaging with no damage. Buyers are responsible for postage costs. Postage costs are non-refundable.
- Oils and Personal Care Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned. In cases of allergies or other verified issues, we will consider a refund or replacement, provided proof is supplied.
