Digital Readings and Services
All astrology readings, oracle readings, and intuitive guidance services are non refundable. These offerings are personalised and require dedicated time and energy to create.
Readings are intuitive in nature and provided as guidance for personal growth and reflection. Because of this, refunds are not offered based on personal interpretation, expectations, or outcomes.
If a genuine error occurs, such as missing information or formatting issues, we will review and correct this where appropriate at no additional cost.
Physical Products
We want you to feel supported and happy with your purchase. Our policy is as follows:
Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund for the product cost.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping costs are non refundable.
Oils and Personal Care Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used oils and personal care products cannot be returned.
If you experience a sensitivity or allergic reaction, please contact us. Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case by case basis with appropriate information provided.
Custom Blends
Custom blends are personalised and made specifically for you. Because of this, custom blends are non refundable unless the product arrives damaged.
